Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Services Partnership & Product Management specialist to manage our Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) services and partners management platform. You will be expected to develop relationships with key DCB partners to promote DCB usage and implement initiatives that accelerate revenue growth for the DCB services. You will also champion the capability of Partner Relationship Module (PRM) platform by working closely with partners/vendors and other product teams to synergise on Go-to-Market strategies and implement improvement to the platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, develop and maintain commercial and strategic relationships with our key DCB partners and strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships
- Support the evaluation of potential DCB opportunities for their strategic and financial value and be able to build business case justification
- As key point of contact for internal & external stakeholders relating to day-to-day use of the Partner Relationship Module (PRM) platform & to champion its capability within the business
- Co-lead on platform user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing following new features development and ensure timely turnaround of functionality deployments
- Support the implementation of proposed platform improvements and developments, identified by the key stakeholders
