Job Purpose

• To perform planning and optimization of radio network to achieve KPI and network quality target for the department.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform site candidate evaluation and selection.
• Perform coverage simulation, site design and planning.
• Carry out optimization techniques including antenna system optimization, parameter tuning, neighbor list optimization and application of features for optimization cluster/network performance.
• RF design data production and maintenance.
• Analyzing performance measurement counters and drive test logs.

Key Experiences and Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering.
• With 2 years working experience in outdoor RF Planning or Optimization preferably in 2G and LTE RF Planning or Optimization.
• Experience in handling radio network quality issue, understanding of radio network optimization activities and approach.
• Good knowledge of 2G and LTE network topology, RF planning design and RF propagation theory.
• Preferably with experience in ZTE and Huawei UTRAN equipment network.
