Job Summary

  • To support Trade Marketing-Dealer Loyally.

Job responsibilities:
  • Prepare quarterly sales report to generate reclassification reports.
  • Prepare sales reports for weekly, monthly and quarterly under dealer pyramid program such as rental, signage and vehicle subsidy.
  • Prepare and monitor payment request by raising payment request (PRs/ROs), others payment requisitions, good received (GRs) via SAP system or U Net Portal.
  • Monitoring nationwide signage fabrication, maintenance and removal of signage and indoor/outdoor branding for dealer outlets, malls and any others adhoc sales program.
  • Preparations of notification letters for Dealer Pyramid Program on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • E-Dealer Portal / zSmart system communication management by preparing and upload communication materials.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least diploma or equivalent
  • Fast learner with excellent follow up skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
  • Able to travel within Central and with own transport
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Able to adapt with fast moving and fast changing environment
  • Highly motivated and good in follow through all outstanding task
