Job Summary
The job summary of an Account Manager is to service and increase the corporate subscriber base by extending the company's products and services to existing Berjaya Group of Companies and potential external corporate customers. Acquisition via tactical campaign and roadshows drive is part of the game plan as well, contributing sales numbers to the overall Enterprise Direct Team target. The account manager is to assist the Senior Manager with the team in sales-related activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Key Account Management; Sell Postpaid plans, service and manage corporate customers, Berjaya Group-related and VIPs.
- Corporate Lines Acquisition; Generate sales through direct enterprise customer engagement. Materialize sales leads via networking, campaign and tactical roadshows.
- Crisis Management; Manage customer's billing issues, baring, payment, service levels and response times is met by working closely with other cross-functional teams.
- Account Receivables; Assist and monitoring of enterprise customer accounts outstanding and payables.
