Duties & Responsibilities
Job Summary

Responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. In their essence, focused on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term

Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing and comms lead for all things related to corporate branding.
  • This includes external consumer fronting and internal employee facing brand related comms and activities.
  • Portfolio includes (but not limited to), corporate brand, network brand, employee brand support to HR, sponsorships/partnerships, content marketing, festive campaigns & collaterals, support retail experience, brand CI guardian
  • The scope will include ATL, BTL and Digital platforms. As more of our comms will be digitally led, advance digital, social and content experience will be added advantage
  • Candidate will led a team to drive corporate brand position, awareness and affinity
  • In this scope, the candidate will also lead in partnership and sponsorship projects/activities.
  • The lead will also lead the brand strategy alongside myself, and owns the brand roadmap.
  • The scope will include working with our agencies (brand & media) as well as internal stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies.
  • Familiar with comms and brand roadmap development.
  • Led a team, managed senior stakeholders and partners
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Advance media knowledge for digital and through the line
  • Familiar with content marketing and platforms
  • Ability to rally and build strong culture
