Job Responsibilities
  • Training support for New employee orientation and onboarding experience related
  • Reimagining U - digital learning system support - explore the vast resources and produce basic reporting support
  • Review relevant processes and policy related to performance management, learning development and talent management and provide recommendation for improvement
  • Digital skills utilized to improve communications channel HR initiatives
  • Agile member to contribute to Future of Work initiatives

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related business fields
  • Good in presentation and communication skill
  • Possess agile & open mindset, cognitive flexibility & resilient in nature
