Job Summary

We are looking for high-performing insight-driven individuals to join our Base Marketing team. The role will be responsible for delivering accurate, actionable recommendations and contribute to our campaign strategies. You will also lead and perform deep-dive analyses using analytical and statistical tools on very large, complex and multi-dimensional datasets

Job Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for the development, execution and measurement of analytics-centric campaigns and make recommendations on key strategic decisions to the business
  • Take lead in churning out relevant data to support campaign deep dive analysis with focus on campaign performance, retention, customer lifecycle and segmentation for actionable insights.
  • Co-lead in the implementation of Personalization Marketing Analytics with campaign development, analysis and data-driven insights; enabling the creation and execution of actions that drive increased revenues and profitability
  • Develop, implement and operate data reporting tools and processes which include campaign database, data visualization & reporting templates
  • Work with business and technical team to ensure data quality and accuracy for reporting consistencies across systems

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or quantitative field (IT, Data Science, Actuarial, Mathematics or Statistics)
  • Data Science certifications will be an added advantage

Experience

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in Telco, Fintech, Technology or Digital Services industry
  • Experience and knowledge in development of data analysis, data models, database design or data mining
  • Familiarity with querying languages, database structures and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in using SQL, Python, SPSS, SAS (or equivalent)
  • Familiar with statistical reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
