The Day-To-Day Activities
Support SAP Material Management Module (primary).
Support SAP Sales Distribution Module (secondary).
Process Improvement of the module.
Support for integration with other applications.
Documentation and KPI tracking. Ensures documentation of program development is compiled and complete.
Involvement in projects related to SAP MM/SD interfaces with third-party systems.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather users’ feedback on change requests and projects.
Preparations for test cases, project blueprint, functional specifications reviews.
Involvement in unit testing or user acceptance testing.
Develop and keep documentations up to date on online central repository and wiki sites upon completion of a project or change requests upon closure of implementation tickets.
Ensure all tickets assigned are well linked, updated periodically and closed upon completion, inclusive supporting screenshots, and evidence of what was done, what was tested and investigative information to build better knowledge-based for internal team enrichment.
Ability to design, develop and articulate solutions based on requirements:
Capable to manage simple-to-moderate complexity application enhancements change requests & projects end-to-end, through identification of business requirements, technical capabilities & needs.with goals of providing quality solutions via customized development, scripting, configuration, testing to ready-for-service (RFS) with periodic status updates to stakeholders.
Capable to run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective session.
Following established change control procedures for migration to QA and SAP Production.
Manage expectations and relationships with business users, external consultants, and vendors to ensure project and enhancement deliverables, maintenance and support of enterprise applications are met with satisfied service level agreements.
