Culture Change Management Lead

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this role include leading and supporting the design and delivery of Culture & Employee Engagement/Experience initiatives. Partner closely with business stakeholders and HR leaders to build employees sense of belonging, strengthen corporate branding and serve as a culture champion.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop and drive Culture change management programs with objective of strengthen U Mobile Culture:
• Inculcate corporate culture to employees and ensure employees live up to the corporate’s core values in daily works
• Work collaboratively with Head of department and departmental culture catalyst across organization to implement corporate core values change management initiatives
• Manage risks throughout change management initiatives

2. Develop, manage, and execute company-wide Employee Engagement initiatives with objective of create sense of belonging and strengthen corporate branding.
• Design yearly employee engagement initiatives
• Increase employee engagement survey (EES/EPS) score and ensure actionable items being developed by respective divisions/department
• Enhance employees experience life cycle journey to reduce the attrition rate e.g. welcome new joiner, work anniversary
• Drive and coordinate company events such as annual dinner, divisional/departmental townhall, leaderships forum.

3. Develop and implement internal communication strategy
• Ensure effectiveness of internal communication and channels
• Ensure standardization & consistent internal communication across the communication channels
• Enhance employer branding via social media channels
• Ensure the effectiveness of all communication channels

4. Other administrative
• Budget controller - Track expenses and ensure initiatives are within budget
• Reporting & actions – Employees exists reasons, event survey, etc

Job Requirements
• Experience in work focused on internal engagement or branding or corporate/employees communication
• Experience in organizing events, social media content management, transformation or change management initiatives
