Job Responsibilities
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Acquire data from primary data sources and maintain databases or data systems
- Facilitate input and review of Annual Operating Plan (“AOP”), Mid-Year Plan and monthly Forecasts
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and correct problems
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Assist to create standard / ad-hoc reports, business intelligence tools, and dashboards to support management’s monitoring of operations
- Conduct comparable analysis and research to validate findings / results / trends / recommendations
- Work closely with marketing, operations and business teams to identify and drive operational / process improvements
- Support marketing and business teams in on-going campaigns fulfilment
- Key liaison person from DFS with FNX for data and reports issues
- Key liaison person from DFS for U Mobile Big Data project
- Submission of monthly / quarterly / yearly Bank Negara reporting for both issuing and acquiring business
- Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned from time to time
