Job Responsibilities

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Acquire data from primary data sources and maintain databases or data systems
  • Facilitate input and review of Annual Operating Plan (“AOP”), Mid-Year Plan and monthly Forecasts
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and correct problems
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Assist to create standard / ad-hoc reports, business intelligence tools, and dashboards to support management’s monitoring of operations
  • Conduct comparable analysis and research to validate findings / results / trends / recommendations
  • Work closely with marketing, operations and business teams to identify and drive operational / process improvements
  • Support marketing and business teams in on-going campaigns fulfilment
  • Key liaison person from DFS with FNX for data and reports issues
  • Key liaison person from DFS for U Mobile Big Data project
  • Submission of monthly / quarterly / yearly Bank Negara reporting for both issuing and acquiring business
  • Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with 6-7 years working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Possess a strong team-oriented philosophy and willingness to go beyond to get the tasks completed accurately and in timely fashion
  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills, strong planning and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills to review and analyze data and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task under strict, deadline-oriented and fast-paced working environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills working collaboratively with marketing, finance and operations
