Job Summary
To look into operation and support function of the business unit which has direct impact on sales partners' activation and overall sales reporting. Mainly support the Sales Team (Mas & Alternate Channel)

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain operation efficiency and data quality by checking, validation and timely delivery with accuracy.
  • Provide assistance to management team members as needed
  • Generate and send weekly and timely sales report to Sales team and relevant parties.
  • Monitor end to end process for Sales partner requests in a timely manner, and follow up Sales partner requests to ensure all requests is completed.
  • Daily checking on incoming emails and escalate it to relevant parties to resolve, follow-up on issues raised by Sales partners and internal sales channel.
  • Provide support assistance to Sales team and solve the problem facing by Sales partner to ensure they are satisfied.
  • System enhancement support and review operation process enhancement to increase efficiency and achieve business partner SLA (Service Level Agreement) timeline.
  • Provide assistant and support Sales Promo campaigns (Sales Attack activities) for all regions

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any field;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • Ability to pay strong attention to details
  • Verbal & spoken English communication especially replied by emails.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
