Duties & Responsibilities
Planning, expanding Company's Regional Reach & Coverage, undertaking Business Development & New Product Introduction for wholesale services, P&L Responsibility for the International Business, Signalling & Value Added Services as well as managing Carrier Relationships and the Domestic & International POPs.

  • Managing of wholesale traffic swap deals, negotiation of inbound termination rates, hubbing rates via Malaysia, IOT preferential rates as well as a team of internal wholesale managers.
  • Selection of wholesale traffic partners in view of needs & wants of the marketplace; maximizing margins & revenue streams.
  • Organizational management of the team & employee development.
  • Overseeing wholesale partnership acquisition.
  • Planning Revenue Assurance & monitoring Repeat Business Assurance.
  • Quality & Process Improvement.
  • Competitive Analysis & Monitoring on competitive landscape.
