Duties & Responsibilities
Planning, expanding Company's Regional Reach & Coverage, undertaking Business Development & New Product Introduction for wholesale services, P&L Responsibility for the International Business, Signalling & Value Added Services as well as managing Carrier Relationships and the Domestic & International POPs.
- Managing of wholesale traffic swap deals, negotiation of inbound termination rates, hubbing rates via Malaysia, IOT preferential rates as well as a team of internal wholesale managers.
- Selection of wholesale traffic partners in view of needs & wants of the marketplace; maximizing margins & revenue streams.
- Organizational management of the team & employee development.
- Overseeing wholesale partnership acquisition.
- Planning Revenue Assurance & monitoring Repeat Business Assurance.
- Quality & Process Improvement.
- Competitive Analysis & Monitoring on competitive landscape.
