Job Summary
To manage the current and new digital services that have been launched and will be launched as per the department's roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in negotiating with vendors/partners on commercial/partnership terms, manage partners end-to-end and build relationships with partners.
  • Manage platform vendors to ensure good performances and good quality services.
  • Assist in the design and managing the user journey and end-to-end customer experience of the products & services.
  • Manage & resolve internal or external conflicts that arise as roadblocks for the product implementation.
  • Conceptualize, plan and execute new product constructs, services, and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present products & services performance reports to the team.
  • Conduct post-mortem of product & services launch, marketing campaigns & activities, learnings & next steps.
  • Research on latest market trends and contribute to forming ideas to create new revenue streams for the department.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Marketing/Business or other relevant fields.
  • High academic achievers with good results in SPM and a minimum of 2nd Upper degree from recognized universities.
  • Good logical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Good in numeracy, reporting, and analytical skills – with great command of MS Excel skills.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to develop quality decks for use across the job functions.
  • Technology savvy and up-to-date with digital services trends and development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clearly across levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sociable, and a team player.
  • An honest, trustworthy, accountable, objective, and results-oriented individual.
  • Knowledge & understanding in end-to-end product development, product management & product marketing would be added advantage – preferably in VAS, digital services, mobile apps, or relevant products.
