Job Summary
Manage and process daily settlement and payments for both issuing and acquiring business

JobResponsibilities

• Manage and process invoices for both issuing and acquiring business
• Manage and process all other payments for both issuing and acquiring business
• Manage and process daily reconciliation for both issuing and acquiring business
• Monitor and control DFS marketing funds and costs spending
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and business teams to support costs related matters
• Assist to request from Finance to load budget into SAP for payment purposes
• Submission of monthly / quarterly / yearly card schemes / BNM reporting for both issuing and acquiring business
• Work closely business team to participate in UATs for finance related matters
• Support internal and external auditors for on-going audit activities
• Key liaison person between DFS and Finance for finance related matters
• Key liaison person between DFS and FNX for finance related matters
• Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Education/ What people Know : Accounting & Finance background
• Experience/ What people Have Done : Bank / card scheme knowledge would be added value, able to do full sets of accounts
• Competencies/ What people Can Do: To be able to support the business finance portion for the digital business
• Personal Attributes/ Who people Are: Good teamwork, good communication skills, detailed to attention, able to adapt to change
