Job Summary

  • To plan, organize and deliver smooth assign numbers of events according to company direction with allocated budget and timeline.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning and implementing of the nationwide sales trade show, daily operation, pre-announcement and activities according to the stipulated timeline-ensuring look and feel of the setup is align with Company Policy & quality of promotion.
  • To identify sales opportunity at high traffic Mall, Hypermarket, Superstore, offices and others street marketing areas to develop and plan promotion activities.
  • Secure and analyzing potential strategic new areas (indoor/outdoor) and others for sales trade shows
  • Assisting in the organization of sales conference, trips and other sales functions, liaising with hotelier, event organizers and/or service providers.
  • To plan quarterly travelling schedule, monitor and execute nationwide dealer outlet site inspection (Onsite) and to ensure all picture reporting are submitted on time to meet dealer subsidy pay out.
  • Assist in allocation, control, monitor and track sales road show budget to ensure no over usage.
  • Responsible to lead, set direction and managed a group of team members to execute nationwide trade show.
  • To have frequent meeting/discussion with Regional Sales Manager/ Event Organizer on venue sourcing, numbers of trade show and nomination of participating dealers for feedback to improve sales trade show.
  • To prepare all sort of daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly report to measure and evaluate trends and success of a trade show
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization (especially procurement, Product marketing & Marketing Services) to ensure understanding of, and the smooth delivery of, the requirement for each plan event.

  • Have a strong market sense (on trend, changes, crowd) where can help to evaluate and plan for more effective trade show
  • Required to work in a team productively

  • A flexible and creative problem-solver, able to come up with innovative solutions to complex situations
  • Events management skills and experience delivering results against deadlines
  • Possess own transport and wiling to travel outside of Klang Valley
