Duties & Responsibilities
• Managing SAP user ID/access, role matrix maintenance and process improvement.

• SAP system administration-Working closely with IT infra and vendor to ensure system is healthy and software is up to date.

• Support for integration with other applications.

• Documentation (example: SOP, user manual) and KPI tracking.

• Participating in IT audit and attend to question or request raise by IT auditors.

Job Requirements

•Degree in Information Technology,Computer Science or equivalent.

• Must have 3 to 4 years of working experiences/knowledge in enterprise application support.

•Possessed knowledge in SAP basis will be added advantage.

• Working experience or knowledge in Database such as MsSQL and Oracle will be added advantage.

• Possessed basic ABAP skill will be added advantage.

• Experience with Shell scripting and Oracle DB will be added advantage.

• Applicant must possess excellent teamwork, positive attitude, interpersonal skill, attention to detail, problem solver,self-initiative to learn and able to work with minimum supervision.
