Job Summary
Provide consultancy and advisory services on HR matters to stakeholders through feedback and improvement suggestions to subject matter experts / centre of excellence to ensure quality of services delivery to stakeholders are consistent and of high-quality meeting stakeholders expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Serving as an internal consultant/business partner/business liaison that can translate business strategies and objectives into an HR agenda, initiatives and/or actions that help drive positive business performance.
• Lead and drive collaboration with the business for the creation a high-performance culture by creating and implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
• Stakeholder management and partnership to deliver business value at the highest level.
• Leading change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.
• Understanding organization diagnostic tools and leveraging them to move to action fast.
• Using Leadership and Talent development tools to drive organization and team performance.
• End to end recruitment for senior roles for the selected / respective division.
• Lead People & Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the marketplace.
• Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on industrial relations policies and procedures, interpret the employment laws and other HR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirement.
