Duties & Responsibilities

• To lead and drive development of strategies and implementation of work plans in achieving department’s mission in a timely and most optimal manner covering areas of;
• Architecture and design of OSS infrastructure and platforms.
• Operational process orchestration, efficiency optimization, automation, and compliance including but not limited to use of big data, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.
• Operationalizing of strategic network projects including but not limited to onboarding, CPE, cloud, partnerships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/any related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably within the Telecommunication industry.
• Proven track record of delivering technology-related business outcomes across large and complex portfolio
• Thorough end-to-end understanding of network design, build and operational process and network components.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and trends as a foundation for technology and strategy roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to initiate technological analyses and research.
• Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable with most aspects of internal and cross-functional processes and procedures to be able to work efficiently and effectively.
• Strong leadership & management skills.
• Bias for continuous improvements and passion for learning.
