Job Responsibilities

  • Improve termination cost for international calls & it’s quality of service by managing the international business management systems by rates analysis, route schedules or load plans, historical QoS and customer trends.
  • Managing test calls systems in ensuring QOS KPI’s are met
  • Work with network team and service assurance team on quality or technical issues.
  • Collaborate with various internal & external teams to manage content provider’s onboarding processes, resulting in more effective and efficient on-boarding and client’s satisfaction.
  • Work with development and support team on resolving system issues, bug fixes, enhancements, new business cases and UAT Testing
  • Prepare monthly or adhoc reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor degree with 4+ year of experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Independent, energetic, detail oriented, self-motivated with excellent administrative skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and other Office programs and numerical
  • Ability to follow through & take ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Good communications skills, both verbal & written, and strong people skills for interacting with stake holders, and various teams/levels of management.
