Job Responsibilities
- Manage strategic key accounts and developing long term business relationship, by forecasting, formulating and implementing strategies to achieve overall financial targets for both international voice and messaging business.
- Responsible to secure competitive IDD voice termination cost and commercial deals with global carriers to support UM’s retail IDD business through active and creative procurement and negotiation.
- Support the growth of wholesale hubbing business by constantly seeking opportunities to trade to support the revenue and margin growth.
- Manage commercial, business and strategic relations and service escalations with global partners, including Operators and resellers.
- Own the selection, contracting and onboarding of competitive suppliers, working closely with Legal, Finance, Operations and Engineering.
- Provide necessary health checks and reporting to ensure all SLA's are being met and usage trends show customer adoption.
- Maintain health of the customer: billing/revenue tracking/reporting/campaign management/activity tracker/communications
