Job Purpose:

  • To manage daily task of handling end to end site acquisition matters.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaison of key accounts under SBC, NFP, OLO, Private landlords for sites rollout of various projectsincluding new and upgrades projects.
  • Managing end to end acquisition matters with internal and external parties related to pre and post contract issues.
  • Commercial negotiations with NFP/SBC/Landlords i.e on leasing rates, discounts, waiver, standard offers, scope of work, VO BoQ with SBC, NFP, SP, OLO, Private landlords for sites rollout in line with company’s key objective on opex savings.
  • Securement of LOO and circulation for management’s approval. Commercial justifications and propose for options.
  • Managing paperwork circulation & payment requisitions via eRAF, eTAF, ePAF. Manage and provide support on PR & VO review for closure.
  • Manage the movement of Site Assignments and Retractions to NFP & SBC. Monitor deliverables performance within the SLA & KPI.
  • Managing related SA database tracking of sites progress, documents circulation, accrual, etc.
  • Support procurement on commercial negotiation for price reviewing of site leasing and VO, assist PM and Planners on technical matters, assist Operation team on access matters, assist Regulatory on Industry matters, assist Site Management on post contract issues.
  • Support upgrades on TP approvals movement, commercial negotiations, LOO securement and circulation for approval. Support on access issue for closure.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Management / Business Management or related field with at least 5 years or more working experience in Sites Acquisition Management.
  • Ability to work independently with less supervision.
  • Adequate soft and hard skillset of the related post.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in written & verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
