Job Responsibilities
• Brand custodian. You will be the representation of U Mobile’s branding: To inspire, guide, design and construct innovative comms to all Malaysians based on our core brand values.
• Marketing and comms lead for all things related to corporate brand comms ideas, creative, key message development & all brand-related activities (to both external Malaysians & internal employees).
• Development of strategic brand plan (includes 5G and Network) to create an ‘always-on’, top-of-mind presence amongst all Malaysians via paid, owned and earned media channels.
• Lead the development & safeguard the brand experience via 360° marketing scope: which includes ATL, BTL, retail, Social and Digital platforms.
• Lead the conversation & collaborative efforts with all relevant parties, such as internal stakeholders and external creative & media agencies.
• End-to-end responsibility for campaign ideation, budget management and timely delivery of all projects, such as brief templates, approvals, productions, sponsorships/partnerships, festive campaigns, retail experiences, reports, internal employee engagements, and so forth.

Job Requirements
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Advertising or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Business/Marketing/Advertising industry.
• Experience & knowledge in telco industry will be a strong advantage.
• Have prior experience in developing brand & marketing strategies, comms and innovative campaigns.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills (both verbal & written), discipline, meticulous and a team-player.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
• Good & comfortable with raw data and have a keen interest for consumer insights, research and analytics.
• Independent, positive and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
