IT Operation & Support Assistant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
• In charge of Credit Management Systems(Dunning, Bad Debt, Credit Limits)
• Leading support team on operational tasks/issues/analysis.
• Managing projects and change requests .
• Vendor management. This will also include ensuring vendors meet contractual and ad-hoc KPIs assigned to them.
• Developing monitoring functions to manage the system's performance.
• Working together with other vendors and internal parties to come out with the optimum solution that best fit into the current ecosystem.
• Ensuring all products deliverable shall be high on quality and erroneous free.
• Secondary support for provisioning, order management and API gateway systems.

Job Requirements
• Must have knowledge on credit management systems and workflows.
• Must possess excellent teamwork, positive attitude, interpersonal skills and self-initiative to learn.
• Possesses strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in automation and open source monitoring tools(ELK stack, Grafana, Ansible etc)
• Knowledge and experience on Oracle DB technologies, open source DBs and Linux.
• Understanding in microservices, dockers, containers will be an added benefit
• Knowledge in BSS/OSS, provisioning or middleware will be an added benefit
