Job Summary
Serves as Solution Analyst for Consumer Digital Services channel and takes direction from key stakeholders, business management and technology leadership to execute the roadmap with strong knowledge of Telco CRM, Billing and Mobile application implementation background.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for understanding business requirements, criticality and prioritization of application capability, managing CR/Application Enhancement and realizing business requirement.
  • Accountable for end-to-end project delivery, from ideation to RFS while proactively communicate and collaborates with stakeholders, ISD, business users and vendors throughout project implementation and also follow up on post production issue within the stabilization period.
  • Executes plans and strategies needed to achieve the portfolios vision and build the capabilities to enable optimal delivery that aligns with strategic intent and input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, as frequently needs to examine functional specifications and translate them into system guidelines that shape project development as well as find ways to align projects with understanding of enterprise-level system's architecture and capabilities to effectively solution the services to meet business objectives.
  • Works effectively with product managers/owners, vendors and internal team members to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
  • Builds and maintains strong, Iong-lasting stakeholder relationships.
  • Project Management and planning of System Change Request (CR) to meet business objectives and timeline.
  • Change Analysis and Solution Definition of the System Change Request that comply with the Division's policies and technical capabilities.
  • Liaison between internal users and IT Vendors in confirmation of solutions and ensuring solution delivered works together with all integrating parties.
  • Reviewing and ensuring requirements and solutions are documented well by vendors and agreed by all stakeholders.
  • Well verse on different implementation background, especially on Telco CRM, Billing and Mobile application implementation experience.
  • Able to effectively understand and oversee end to end business processes to ensure solution meet both process and business requirement.
  • Effectively communicating insights and ideas to cross functional departments and divisions.
  • Support solution testing and Post Production Activities.
  • Provide internal department support as when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Master's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Online Services/Digital channels (Mobile App and Web).
  • Must possessed Project Management and Business Analyst background in telecommunication industry.
  • Telco IT/e-commerce experience especially related to systems and products launches.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Experience in cloud based platforms AWS and google.
  • Possessedin development of web and database applications.
  • Experience in ecommerce security is advantageous.
