Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
• Assist in developing and driving key strategies in building top notch digital products
• Research and create action plans to improve the future state of the user experience on the use of Company’s products

Development
• Help develop feature requirements to ensure end user’s pain points are addressed
• Create and enhance the User Interface (UI) design and User Experience (UX) design, and to further improve the UI/UX users’ journey.
• Assist in implementing the designed user journey via UI/UX for best-in-class accessibility and usability
• Ensure alignment & prioritization on feature development and key capabilities

Go-to-Market & Marketing
• Craft compelling propositions for digital products by translating technical details into key benefits for end users
• Responsible to create reliable and valid surveys to understand the market sentiment towards the Company’s products
• In depth analysis of market trends to position products, and prepares a summary that creates valuable meaning to the results of the analysis.
• To prepare action plans in response to the results of the analysis and make sound recommendations to superior.
• In charge of creating and building product activation and launch plans through collaboration with other relevant Departments.
• Lead events and campaigns, and take charge of
• Drive execution of critical product launches / strategic digital projects with internal cross functional teams and/or external partners

Job Requirements
Experience/ What people Have Done:
• At least 10 years of working experience in an app or e-commerce environment
• It would be an advantage to have experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects

• Plan and propose strategies that drives the development of digital products
• Demonstrate ability to gather and synthesize complex information to make sound business recommendations
• Ability to formulate Go-to-Market plans rooted in deep knowledge of product, consumer, and market factors
• Able to drive execution of plans with clear communication to a variety of audiences; both internal and external
• Analytical and able to interpret data methodically
• Has the capacity to objectively strategize and put plans into action
