Senior Manager, Enterprise Business (Mobile Product)

Job Summary

  • To strategies, plans, develop and execute Enterprise Mobile Services products and services in accordance with U Mobile Enterprise Business Strategy. To create pricing and bundling strategy, go-to-market strategy and to establish strong connection and rapport with the rest of stakeholder within marketing and other department.
  • Accountable in building and managing U Mobile Enterprise Business product vision by spearheading the Mobile Product & Services roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision to ensure high customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Responsible for product operational and financial targets set in the Product Annual Operating Plan and setting out details planning with related stakeholders such as Consumer Product Managers, Product Development, Marketing and Enterprise Sales & Support team.

Job Requirement
1. Product Management
a) Formulating an inspiring vision for Enterprise Mobile Services portfolio and product
b) Responsible to come up with a comprehensive mobile products and services framework
in line with company's direction and ambition in the Enterprise Business space. Define
product strategy and roadmap and setting product goals and outcomes. Work
closely with internal stakeholders and external parties within the mobile services eco-
c) Creating and validating product strategy and insights through market,
customer and competitive research and Enterprise Sales market feedback.
d) Responsible to design total product/solution offerings and bundling for Enterprise clients
(Including pricing, promotion, and go-to-market strategies), product road map and
customer experience/customer life cycle journey.
e) Prepare concept paper for new solutions, products, projects, or proposals for
internal Division reference for business case development - responsible to present to
Senior Management or Exco for approval
f) Execute and implement periodic review of product business processes to identify
opportunity for improvement (OFI). This will include but not limited to develop
requirement for all necessary process flow and requirement on business and network

2. Go To Market
a) Define and establish product marketing plan.
b) Leading product analysis by performing product segmentation and product positioning periodically.
c) Plan for training the sales and customer support teams.
d) Plan Go To Market execution timeline.
e) Plan and prioritize marketing channels

3. General
a) To lead a day-to-day operation matters and coordinate the interaction with various stakeholders including internal Marketing stakeholders (i.e.: Consumer Products, Product Development & Innovation Team, Marketing Services (marser), Device Team) and other outside U Mobile Marketing stakeholders (Enterprise Sales, Support & Operation team, System Development team, Finance team and Digital Financial Services team) in introducing more innovative products and services.
b) Create agility within team to address new requirement from the stakeholders especially on the new product strategy and product development area.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with Mobile Product management/development.
  • Experience / exposure in Enterprise market is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
