Job Summary

• The position is needed to support and troubleshoot current IP Core network, DDoS solution and virtualized infrastructure for any issue, day to day operation, support the implementation of new and on-going projects, review the changes and its impact of the project.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot current network issue.
• Troubleshoot any VOC escalated to the team.
• Assist engineering team in new and on-going projects.
• Ensure the IP Core are running in acceptable condition.
• Maintain network KPI and availability.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Telecommunication / Networking or equivalent.
• Relevant knowledge of Cisco/Juniper/ZTE/Huawei IP node configuration.
• Hand on experience in routing/switching related troubleshooting.
• Relevant knowledge of Cloud technology and network security.
