Role
• To support Sales and Distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target.

Duties & Responsibilities
• To execute, and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch point & pyramid.
• Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensuring proper knowledge and training on:-
• System: Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge.
• Product: Full range of products:
o How to Sell: Accurate and correct information given
o Incentives / Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty
o POSM: Latest & up to date POSM
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.
• To build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance.
• To always maintain good discipline and performance.
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Sales driven with good track record.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
