Campaign Manager Base Marketing

Job Summary
Responsible for formulating and executing integrated, strategically-focused marketing plans to drive demand in order to achieve incremental revenue for the company. Working closely with all departments to ensure tasks are implemented effectively for all aspects of the company

Job Responsibilities
-To develop and execute targeted segment marketing and run campaigns on ground to drive demand and achieve incremental revenue as part of segment strategies
-Share insights to relevant departments on past campaigns in relations of understanding the base better
-Segment and optimise the database for segment enhancement, and drive upgrades
-Partnership with cross functional team to drive and optimise customer experience
-Initiate innovative way to engage segments with their customer journey experience
-Work with creative team to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our customers and optimize content/messaging accordingly
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including creative/copy, technology, product, and other departments to ensure consistency of marketing messages and user experience across all digital and offline channels.
Work wit CMS tools to segment customer groups and target them with the perfect message at the right time with the best channel

Job Requirements

-Min experience of 5 years in building a strong knowledge of customer needs, and/or in marketing
-Proven experience of driving customer-focus initiatives
-Persuasive and enthusiastic about the importance of customer-focus
-Critic thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
-Demonstrated project leadership in cross-functional planning and execution
-Self-starter and able to work under pressure
