Job Summary

  • Grow & build a strong portfolio of sales dealers.
  • Ensure quality execution with compliance of SOPs & policies by dealers.
  • Ensure excellent field force retail execution according to SOPs & policies.
  • Conduct in-field assessment & audits on a regular basis.
  • Ensure on-time reports submission.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales target & other KPIs assigned.
  • Constant monitoring of dealers sales performance & on-ground operational compliance.
  • Drive a strong field team who take pride in work, advocate the brand & sell with passion.
  • Provide briefing & training to dealers prior to roving project roll-out.
  • Ensure timely updates to the dealers with regards to day-to-day processes & SOPs compliance.
  • Improve the quality of subscriptions integrity & overall revenue.
  • Follow up on issues that arise & resolve with the proper solution in a timely manner.
  • Ensure post mortem reports are submitted timely by dealers & are accurate.
  • Assist in planning & executing on-ground events setup.
  • Job duties may differ or be extended from time to time as per required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in retail sales or FMCG sales operations.
  • Experience in on-ground sales is a must, preferably also with promoters/ activation supervision experiences.
  • Self-initiator with a good working attitude, good sense of responsibility with minimum supervision required.
  • Energetic, effective communicator, people-oriented, drive actions to achieve desired results.
  • Good grasp of report & administration details where the job requires.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is a must.
