Talent Development Lead

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead, prepare and implement learning strategies and programs by deploying different kinds of learning methods company-wide such as coaching, job-shadowing, online training, F2F and so on. Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for L&D programs. Publish e-Digest on L&D updates for digital learnings and upcoming trainings
2. Review individual and organizational development needs. Execute the Yearly Training plan based on business needs and Trainings Needs Analysis (TNA). Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through development plans. Provide timely support to HR Partners, employees and business leaders as well as external stakeholder on L&D matters.
3. Manage the L&D module in HRMS – People@U including system enhancement, troubleshooting and approvals of training requests in the system. Administer the e-learnings in People@U for mandatory compliance related trainings partnering relevant SMEs
4. Organize e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. Maximise employee learnings utilizing our digital learnings platform. Curate blended learnings approach for employees
5. Monitor and evaluate the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Manage Training reporting and analytics based on digital learnings and People@U L&D module. Provide training program evaluation and feedback based on program/cohort on periodic basis
6. Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts. Collaborate closely with Organization Effectiveness function for HRDC claims process and training grant applications
7. Organize orientation and onboarding learning activities. Lead and facilitate the New Employee Orientation for new hires
8. Implement various Share and Learn communities in developing U Mobile Learning Culture and other L&D initiatives to encourage our Fun-Loving culture (Fun-Learning) through gamification, themed learnings, Learning Festivals etc
9. Review and update Training related framework, processes, SOP, forms etc. Research and incorporate best practices to drive continuous improvement in L&d, covering people, processes, technology etc
10. Any other roles, as assigned by the reporting manager based on business priorities such as develop, lead and drive HR initiatives/projects as required

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Organization Psychology, HRD or a related degree
2. At least 5 years' experience in organization development or talent development, executing L&D programs covering trainings needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of the training programs.
3. Experience in a HR business partner environment will be advantage
4. Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels
5. Proven ability to execute and facilitate programmes, HRDC certified trainer is a plus
6. Proficient in training related reporting and analytics, training dashboard and Kirk Patrick training evaluation levels
7. Experience as Digital Learning specialist curating blended learning approach as well as manage a L&D module in HRMS is a plus
