Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Ecosystem Management:
1) Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to build a robust digital ecosystem.
2) Identify and evaluate potential partners and opportunities for collaboration within the digital ecosystem.3
3) Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for expanding the digital ecosystem.
4) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to digital services and partnerships.

Service Development and Management:
1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital services that align with business objectives.
2) Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop service offerings accordingly.
3) Define service requirements, features, and specifications, ensuring user-friendly and seamless customer experiences.
4) Monitor service performance metrics and customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

Partner Management and Engagement:
1) Nurture and manage relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefits.
2) Onboard new partners, negotiate contracts and agreements, and establish clear expectations and deliverables.
3) Coordinate with partners to integrate their services into the digital ecosystem and optimize interoperability.
4) Foster regular communication and engagement with partners to address issues, explore new opportunities, and drive innovation.

Digital Business Development:
1) Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the digital landscape, including potential revenue streams and partnerships.
2) Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for differentiation and strategic advantage.
3) Support business development initiatives, such as market research, feasibility studies, and proposal development.

Project Management:
1) Plan, execute, and monitor digital ecosystem projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
2) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and milestones.
3) Allocate and manage resources effectively, including budgeting and cost control for assigned projects.
4) Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Reporting and Analytics:
1) Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to digital services, partner performance, and customer behavior.
2) Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights, key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommendations to management.
3) Utilize analytics tools and methodologies to drive data-informed decision making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- A degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Marketing/Business or other relevant fields.
- High academic achievers with excellent results in SPM and a minimum of 2nd Upper degree from recognized universities.
- Working experience in the telecommunications or relevant industry is added advantage.
- Strong knowledge & understanding in end-to-end product development, product management & product marketing - preferably in digital services, wallet or any relevant industry
- Technology savvy and preferably current with digital services trends and development.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to develop quality decks for use across the job functions.
- Excellent in numeracy, reporting and analytical skills - with great command on MS Excel skills.
- Excellent in problem-solving, logical thinking & conflict management.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams & able to lead various individuals towards a common objective.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sociable and a team player.
- A trustworthy, objective and results-oriented individual.
