Duties & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
• Candidate will be responsible for managing brand image, developing and implementing brand and communications strategy
Job Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Implementation (50%)
• Responsible to develop and implement brand strategy
• Accountable to craft propositions and messaging; ensuring consistency across all channels and audiences in a relevant and compelling manner
• Focal person to create and execute communication plans, covering internal and external stakeholders, media channels, and relevant events
• Work with the wider Product teams to identify opportunities to enhance the brand, grow audience reach, and drive engagement
• Manage budgets, ensure timely delivery of initiatives, and provide accurate forecasting
• Deliver creative solutions and communications challenges, briefing designers, copywriters as required
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide thought leadership and relevant insights to the wider team
Digital Marketing (50%)
• Create and manage social media campaigns, and utilize metrics and analytics to measure and report effectiveness
• Manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns, including campaign set up, optimization, and performance tracking a cross various digital channels (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc)
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet KPIs
