Job Responsibilities
• To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid
• Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid)
• Ensuring proper knowledge and training on:-
-System : Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge
-Product : Full range of products
-How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given
-Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty
-POSM : Latest & up to date POSM
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence
• To build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance
• To always maintain good discipline and performance
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance
