Job Summary:
- Attend to TT and any network related
service quality feedbacks and provide accurate diagnosis, derive an
explanation/advise of how to resolve the problem (when a problem does not
require any escalation) to Customer service or channel where complain
originated from. Else, timely escalation to require higher level support
within Network.
Job Responsibilities :
•Solution Delivery Support for CS/IMS:
Provide crucial support in delivering solutions related to CS/IMS to align with
the evolving demands
of the marketing landscape. Your contributions ensure the successful realization of projects that meet marketing requirements and
drive organizational objectives.
•Holistic Project Support:
Contribute to the project lifecycle by offering valuable assistance in project planning, design recommendations, and seamless delivery. Your role encompasses critical functions such as capacity dimensioning, precise forecasting, performance troubleshooting, and overall project oversight for CS/IMS
core.
•CS/IMS Engineering Planning:
Collaborate in the execution of CS/IMS projects that entail comprehensive engineering planning for components including MSC, MGW, SBC,
HLR/HSS, and IMS. Your involvement spans capacity assessment, connectivity evaluation, and
routing optimization.
•End-to-End Project Implementation:
Provide instrumental support in the
implementation of CS projects involving new capacity and
features. This encompasses activities such as upgrades, new
core deployment, disaster
recovery planning (DRP), disaster recovery (DR) readiness, resilience
strengthening (RS), new service integration, and initiatives tied to International Subscriber Dialing (ISD)
or Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO)
projects.
•Strategic Capacity Dimensioning:
Undertake meticulous capacity dimensioning to ensure that real-world capacity growth aligns with
pre-established plans. Your
precision in capacity assessment aids in maintaining a harmonious balance between current needs and future scalability.
•Proactive Capacity Management:
Swiftly address any short-term deviations from planned capacity, demonstrating your proactive approach to capacity management. Sound the
alert when the need arises
to accelerate planned capacity growth to align with evolving demands.
•Usage Profiling and Forecasting:
Possess the capability to generate comprehensive current profiles, which
serve as the
basis for forecasting future usage patterns and statistical trends.
Your proficiency in these
activities aids in effective resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
•Effective Troubleshooting:
Undertake the responsibility of troubleshooting CS/IMS
services, leveraging your
technical prowess to identify and resolve issues
promptly. Your intervention ensures the seamless operation of services and a consistently positive
user experience.
•Execution of Additional Tasks:
In response to business needs,
the Team Lead (TL), Head of Section
(HOS), or Head
of Department (HOD)
may assign additional or ad hoc tasks. These
tasks should be executed with diligence and efficiency to support the overall operational objectives.
•Embracing Supplementary Responsibilities:
Team members are expected to willingly embrace supplementary responsibilities that
fall within the scope of their roles
and contribute to achieving the company's broader

•Completion of Assigned Duties:
