Job Summary
To assist in managing and running an efficient and effective device operation including supply chain management to achieve optimum device management operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Support in overseeing daily sales channel and demand and supply to ensure optimum supply across multiple channels.
• Submission for system readiness for launches - end to end Sales bundle creation.
• Manage relevant inventory system update in the mobile device management system.
• Manage end to end requests for mobile device distribution for internal use.
• Coordinate & manage test devices between Vendors and internal team to ensure time to market effectiveness.
• Coordinate recurring monthly operations meeting with 3PL partner.
• Manage effective end to end monthly payments to and from Vendors.
• Manage monthly sales reporting for submission.
• Inventory sell-through for campaigns and projects.
• Support system readiness for launches/price revisions.

Job Requirements

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree or it is equivalent.
• Relevant work experience: 2-3 years in Telecommunications/Demand Planning/Logistic Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
• Tech-savvy, computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, strong verbal and written command of English and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive spirit, ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, a team player with strong leadership qualities.
