Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing External Relationships: Lead negotiations with external parties such as vendors, partners, and clients, ensuring favorable commercial and partnership terms. Responsible for building strong relationships with these external parties and overseeing the entire process. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Product and Service Innovation: Conceptualize, plan, and execute new product constructs, services, and solutions. This requires identifying market needs, conducting research on customer preferences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative offerings.
- Requirement Gathering and Project Management: Leading a team to gather and provide requirements for new products, services, and projects for development. This involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the deliverables meet customer expectations and align with business goals.
- User Experience Design: Take the lead in designing the user journey and end-to-end experience of the products and services. This includes understanding user needs, conducting usability testing, and collaborating with design and development teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Proposal Preparation and Presentation: Responsible for preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients and partners. This involves creating compelling and persuasive presentations that showcase the benefits and value of our company's products and services.
- Performance Reporting: Responsible for preparing and presenting product and services performance reports to management. These reports will provide insights into key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, helping the management make informed decisions.
- Post-mortem and Learning: Conduct post-mortems of product and service launches, marketing campaigns, and activities. This involves analyzing the outcomes, identifying learnings, and outlining next steps to enhance future initiatives.
- Market Research and Revenue Generation: Stay updated on the latest market trends in the telecommunications industry. Contribute to forming ideas that create new revenue streams for the department, leveraging market insights and innovative strategies.
