Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing end-to-end service/network performance and ensuring the maintenance of predefined service/network performance indicators in line with business objectives for both wireless and wireline services.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and vendors to establish appropriate KPI requirements, targets, and thresholds based on business needs and industry best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and generate insightful daily/weekly network health reports for management review.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze historical traffic analysis and taking corrective actions steps as needed to achieve optimal performance before it reaches the poor performance threshold.
  • Stay updated with the latest telecommunications technologies and standards to align with business needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver network reports as required by management or regulatory bodies, such as MCMC (e.g., Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, encouraging staffs to develop their skills and contribute to the company's goal.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineeringor related fields.
  • Proven track record of 10 years of successful leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in Telecommunication Industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making based on data and insights.
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience relevant to the industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong commitment to ethical practices and corporate social responsibility.
