Role


Duties & Responsibilities
1. Create order for stock replenishment in system as per Alternate Sales PIC request by daily/ weekly with HOD approval
2. Pick- up stock from UM warehouse and segregate the simpack and pack it by individual store/outlet according to sales allocation.
For 7-Eleven stock delivery to prepare print-out 2 copies of DN (Delivery note) attached with consignment note. All packing and delivery arrangement has to follow sales allocation.
Pick and Pack service supporting roles also including others Alternate business partner such as Giant, Tesco, Cold Storage, 99 Speed mart, Econsave, TF value mart, happy mart.
3. Ensure all stock has been picked up by courier company official from Umobile office by the end of business day.
4. Follow up with courier company send in preprint consignment note on timely as per sales SLA.
Collect consignment note from receptionist once received from CTL team
5. Perform system good confirmation & SOO for each store outlet & printing documents accordingly as per sales allocation accurately
6. Download POD (Prove of Delivery) from courier company online portal & compile and update stock order delivery in Shareholder Master file.
Daily checking & verifying the POD information & unclear information or wrong delivery provided, need to follow up with courier company and sales team and ensure all correct data provided accurately.
SLA for courier company to provide POD after 2 weeks of stock delivery, so every 2 weeks keeps monitoring and compile the POD status for each batch after the delivery date on timely
7. Update 7-eleven master list in database once received email from Alternate salesperson
8. Perform retagging stock to store/outlet by batch upon email sending by Alternate Sales PIC on timely
9. Performs general clerical duties but not limited to photocopying & filing.
10. Follow up with sales team related on delivery matter such as wrong delivery/ lost-in transit by courier company
11. Responsible to complete the task assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements
1. High School / Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
4. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (speak & written)
5. Meticulous and have strong sense of responsibility.
6. Fast learner & Ability to multitasking under tight time pressures.
7. Team player and responsible.
8. Detailed oriented & able to deliver good quality of work.
