Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform regular monitoring and trending on revenue assurance data streams.
2. Assist in finance reconciliation
3. Assist in managing any issue that potentially impacting revenue, from identification through to quantification through resolution.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain deep understanding of issue and working closely with team to assist in drive the closure.
5. Documenting the SOP.

About You

1. Basic knowledge and handle on experience on Microsoft office. e.g Word Document, Power Points and Excel Spreadsheet.
2. Good documentation skill and writing skill in English.
3. Practical and hands-on personnel.
4. Independent and a team-player.
