Job Summary
Serves as Solution Analyst and takes direction from key stakeholders, business management and technology leadership to execute the roadmap with strong knowledge on Telco CRM and Billing implementation background.
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding
business requirements, criticality and prioritization of application
capability, managing CR/Application Enhancement and realizing business
requirement.
- Accountable
for end-to-end project delivery, from ideation to RFS while proactively
communicate and collaborates with stakeholders, ISD, business users and
vendors throughout project implementation and also follow up on post
production issue within the stabilization period.
- Executes
plans and strategies needed to achieve the portfolios vision and build
the capabilities to enable optimal delivery that aligns with strategic
intent and input from relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent
attention to detail, as frequently needs to examine functional
specifications and translate them into system guidelines that shape
project development as well as find ways to align projects with
understanding of enterprise-level system’s architecture and capabilities
to effectively solution the services to meet business objectives.
- Works
effectively with business, product managers/owners, vendors and internal
team members to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
- Builds
and maintains stronq, Iong-lastinq stakeholder relationships with
multiple parties
- Ensure
delivery of solution which is aligned with ISD Strategy and Architecture
