Duties & Responsibilities:

Enterprise Marketing Support
• Managing processing and updating internal databases
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential target audiences.
• Identify potential sales opportunities within subscriber base
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, prepare reports on key metrics and suggesting areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

1. Education/ What people Know:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant disciplines.

2. Experience/ What people Have Done:
• Collaboration and communication
• Software Proficiency - Ms. Office
• Campaign Performance Analysis
• Data collection and analysis

3. Personal Attributes/ Who people Are:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A self-motivated and collaborative personality who learns proactively with a problem-solving attitude.
