Job Summary
To provide end to end 3G RAN & LTE eNode B support in aspects or fault, upgrade and database maintenance to ensure high network availability to provide good service quality for UM customer.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd Level Support to Field Force Team
  • Handles LTE eNode B related, performance related and customer complaint trouble tickets
  • Perform network capacity, expansion and optimization configuration
  • Preventive Maintenance on RNC system
  • Analyze RNC performance statistic



About You

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical /Electronic Engineering / Telecommunication discipline.
• Experience in Telco industry, preferably in transmission products, especially in operation and maintenance.
• Readiness to work in demanding situations and be assertive in the situation.
• Ability and skill in troubleshooting at least (L2 for all various router/IP nodes).
• Strong technical knowledge of Transmission, IP/IT switches/routers will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in O&M of Switch/Router.
• Having skills or knowledge in any programming language will be an advantage.
• Experience in Switches/Routers/GPON/BRAS is an added advantage.
• Working experience in scripting and network automation tools will be an advantage.
