Job Purpose
  • The role requires to support Enterprise Application Systems by identifying the gap with stakeholders.
  • Formulating solutions from application and network architecture standpoint to address the gaps identified for process improvements and automation. With the ability to manage all cycles of an integration project with multiple vendors with capability to perform technical troubleshooting when necessary
Job Responsibilities
  • Support SAP Material Management Module (primary).
  • Support SAP Sales Distribution Module (secondary).
  • Process Improvement of the module.
  • Support for integration with other applications.
  • Documentation and KPI tracking. Ensures documentation of program development is compiled and complete.
  • Involvement in projects related to SAP MM/SD interfaces with third-party systems.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather users’ feedback on change requests and projects.
  • Preparations for test cases, project blueprint, functional specifications reviews.
  • Involvement in unit testing or user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and keep documentations up to date on online central repository and wiki sites upon completion of a project or change requests upon closure of implementation tickets.
  • Ensure all tickets assigned are well linked, updated periodically and closed upon completion, inclusive supporting screenshots, and evidence of what was done, what was tested and investigative information to build better knowledge-based for internal team enrichment.
  • Ability to design, develop and articulate solutions based on requirements:
  • Capable to manage simple-to-moderate complexity application enhancements change requests & projects end-to-end, through identification of business requirements, technical capabilities & needs.with goals of providing quality solutions via customized development, scripting, configuration, testing to ready-for-service (RFS) with periodic status updates to stakeholders.
  • Capable to run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective session.
  • Following established change control procedures for migration to QA and SAP Production.
  • Manage expectations and relationships with business users, external consultants, and vendors to ensure project and enhancement deliverables, maintenance and support of enterprise applications are met with satisfied service level agreements.

Job Requirements
  • At least 4 -5 years of working experience/knowledge in SAP Material Management or SAP Sales Distributions
  • Knowledge in integration with other SAP modules/other third-party systems is essential (FI, CO, SD, CRM, third-party logistic system and source to pay solution platform)
  • Applicant must possess excellent teamwork, positive attitude, good communications, interpersonal skill and self-initiative to learn.
  • Possess excellent problems solving skills.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimum of supervision.
  • Have basic knowledge on SAP Query and Technical Skills.
  • ABAP skill for problem solving and debugging.
  • Experience with Shell scripting and Oracle DB.
  • Prior experience in Telecommunication business will be added advantages.
  • Ability to trouble shoot on interfaces problems across SAP PI, OS (Linux) and applications.
  • Intermediate Oracle performance tuning, troubleshooting/debugging, patches, and parameter maintenance (Oracle 11g and above)
  • Experience in S/4 Hana ABAP development (CDS, BOPF, SADL, ODATA services) with at least 1 lifecycle implementation– Added advantage, not compulsory.
  • Hands-on experience in ABAP development for Fiori.
