Job Summary
As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and drive talent and performance management programs for the organization with close partnership with HRPs for execution
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional expertise and drive the design, development
and implementation of the performance management process that is required
to achieve business goals and results in meeting the performance
expectation of the organization :
- Goal setting
- Mid-Year review
- Performance Goals audit
- Year-End review
- Promotion exercise
- Coaching for performance
- Performance Enhancement Plan (PEP)
- Lead, design, develop and implement succession planning with close
partnership with the HRP by providing datapoints and conduct data analysis
to ensure key succession pipeline is in place
- Critical role identification
- High-potential identification
- Leadership program
- Succession planning
- Research and responsible for the development of performance and
talent management training programs including Coaching for Performance
that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority
for organizational concerns
- Develop effective relationships within the organization to have
influence and impact the performance and talent management programs
- Involved in organizational strategic planning and provide
leadership for performance management and talent management framework,
process and guidelines development
- Manage and support the maintenance and execution of the Performance
Management and Talent Management systems in the HRMS
- Benchmark, develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for
workforce retention, promotion and succession planning
- Conduct trainings related to performance management and talent
management as the SME
- Ensure that organization-led talent management and performance
management initiatives are focused and aligned to improving operational
and program efficiencies and effectiveness
- Work closely with HRPs and business leaders to support performance
and talent management program and the technical support for the HRMS
system
- Translate performance and talent management people data into key
insights and analytics that drives deliberate action plans at the
appropriate levels
