The Day-To-Day Activities
INTERN (DIGITALIZATION & COST-SAVINGS)

• Maintain database by entering past and updated site information (Tier-down Rate and subsequent savings information as well as electricity usage and consumption for FO automation) into K2 & SAP
• Verify entered sites data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• To check and eliminate duplication of data.
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete
documents
• Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Verify and load data into e-invoice for automation posting and payment
• Registering user in utility system and provide guidance to use the system
• To assist on administrative task in the team

About You

1. Undergoing Degree in Finance/Engineering or other related field.
2. Able to work well with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
3. Good communication skill and proactive to learn
4. Able to work with minimum supervision
