Job Summary
- The position is to be
part of a Rewards & Loyalty team that drives initiatives to increase user
acquisitions, retention, and ultimately usage of the U Mobile fintech e-wallet
& other services. They will be responsible for the rewards program’s day-to-day
execution, assisting to manage & and improve the rewards portfolio, working
closely with internal stakeholders & systems, developing strong
relationships with external partners & agencies – all to ultimately drive
fintech usage & transactions.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Rewards
sourcing & management of rewards partners / agencies
- Assist
in pitching, acquiring and managing key rewards partnerships collaborations: to
obtain discount deals/offers to drive e-wallet app transactions.
- Help
to manage rewards sourcing agencies to collaborate, negotiate, & procure
deals/vouchers from targeted rewards partners and internal product
stakeholders.
- Carry out voucher
purchases & merchant/agency onboarding according to internal procurement
processes & systems.
- Reporting on voucher
& partnership progress status.
- End-to-end
execution of rewards program
- Rewards
voucher content development inclusive T&Cs, how-to-use instructions,
creative artwork, voucher codes.
- Work
closely with brand & comms team to develop creative content / voucher
artwork. Ensure campaign messaging is relevant & impactful, with a clear
value proposition.
- Configure
the Content Management System to upload vouchers / deals.
- Monitor
voucher usage performance, develop required reporting for performance
improvement & inventory tracking.
- Using
rewards to drive transactions & engagement:
- Assist
on analyzing user behavioral/transactional data to identify & match user
segments to Next-Best-Offer for more effective targeting to drive usage &
transactions
- Assist
on end-to-end execution of rewards marketing campaigns.
- Assist
on preparing and scheduling monthly comms support such SMS, App Push messages,
and EDMs to drive e-wallet & service usage.
- Performance
evaluations & competitive reporting:
- Monthly
monitoring & evaluation of market + consumer trends and competitor
voucher/rewards/loyalty movements. Assess observations for actionable insights.
- Track
and monitor initiatives against KPIs, using metrics such as Monthly Active
Users, spend per user, redemption rate, etc.
