Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to play a vital role in ensuring that projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and expectations.
  • Support Facilities operational issues and perform day to day on M&E related issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive acceptance reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of project acceptance processes, findings, and outcomes.
  • Ensuring periodic routine maintenance and technical support of all TOC and assist technical team during troubleshooting and solving facilities related faults.
  • Identifying and conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for resolving critical fault on power systems or facilities related issues.
  • Perform periodic routine maintenance and technical support on our TOCs and assist technician staff during troubleshooting and solving facilities related faults.
  • Ensure all facilities related equipment’s calibrations renewal and other facilities related renewal in placed.
  • Re-strengthening Network Facilities Resiliency & Maintenance (especially on Power and Air Condition). Key focus on all TOC facilities to ensure zero service-affecting incidents caused by facilities and power.

About You

  • Possess Electrical Engineering Diploma or Degree, specialized in Power Systems.
  • Candidate with chargeman certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in TOC/Data Centre in Operation and Maintenance experiences centre or related environments.
  • Preferable to have knowledge in facilities management.
  • Good at decision making, critical analysis and problem solving.
