Job Summary
The resource is to provide support for the credit management systems, ensuring all tasks related to this are on time and accurate, managing projects and change requests. The resource will also be in charge to manage the vendors related to the system in charge.

Job Descriptions
  • In charge of Credit Management Systems (Dunning, Bad Debt, Credit Limits)
  • Leading support team on operational tasks/issues/analysis
  • Managing projects and change requests
  • Vendor management
  • Secondary support for provisioning, order management and API gateway systems

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7-9 years working experience in the Telecommunications Billing department.
  • Knowledge in credit management systems (ie Dunning, Bad Debt, Credit Limits) and workflows is a must
  • Must possess excellent teamwork, positive attitude, interpersonal skills and self-initiative to learn.
  • Possesses strong troubleshooting, analysis skills and scripting skills ie. SQL, Python, Shell, Perl, UNIX/Linux
  • Experience in automation and open source monitoring tools
  • Understanding in microservices, dockers, containers will be an added benefit
