Duties & Responsibilities
Content Creation, Content Calendar & Campaign Management:
• Lead alongside key agency partners to develop creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and overall marketing strategy.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to schedule posts across different social media channels.
• Collaborate & coordinate with key stakeholders & agency partners to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns and company initiatives.
• Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and other specific objectives.

Social Media Strategy:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and key agency partners to develop and execute social media strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to optimize content and strategy.

Content Optimization, Analytics & Reporting, Community Engagement:
• Utilize SEO principles to optimize social media content for search and discoverability.
• Experiment with different content formats and strategies to improve performance.
• Stay informed about the latest features, algorithms, and best practices on social media platforms.
• Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and impact.
• Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, performance insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead alongside social agency partner & monitor and foster positive interactions with the online community and address any concerns or inquiries.

Job Requirements
Skills required:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms such as social listening.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Familiarity with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
